Project Scoping
We work with you to define materials, build requirements and the full project lifecycle to ensure every kit meets the exact specification.
Design & Digitisation
Physical templates and CAD data are converted into digital cutting files. Using advanced nesting software, we optimise material usage and achieve repeatable accuracy that manual cutting can’t match.
Trial Kits
Trial kits are produced and quality-checked before full production. These can be made from Cristex stock, free-issue material or even paper to reduce cost and waste during validation.
Production & Support
Once approved, full kits are produced with full quality control. We provide ongoing technical support and can ship directly to your customer if required.
